Justine Braisted is a New York-based designer with a decade of experience designing across disciplines and industries. Currently she is an associate design director at frog where she leads and contributes to the research, strategy and design of transformative products and services. At frog, she is the lead of the visual design team where she sets a standard of craft and shapes the discipline for the studio. Previously she was a designer at Pentagram, building brands and campaigns under partner Michael Gericke. She has also taught design at Shillington School in New York and has led workshops and critiques at the University of Connecticut.

Her breadth of experience in different project types and studio settings gives her a unique perspective as a leader. She strives to create an optimal environment for designers to do their best work.
